Motostore offers its customers the possibility to change their choice within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of the purchase (indicated on the receipt) providing that products are returned perfectly intact within the related packaging (also intact) and complete with all the accessories and all the other things included in the package at the time of purchase and possibly listed in the package or in the product documentation.
The “100% SATISFACTION” is an addictional service, it is not compulsory nor imposed by legal terms, but is offered free to Motostore customers, in order to improve its service and satisfy its customers always more.
Service Limits
- The term of 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase indicated in the receipt it is to be considered mandatory;
- The product must be returned completely intact, without signs of use inside the original packaging (also intact) and complete with every accessory, user manual, warranty, instruction sheet, bags and containers of any other type, and all other components included in the package at the time of purchase and possibly listed in the package or in the documentation supplied with the product.
- Replacement is allowed only in the Motostore shop where the purchase was made with the product by presenting the related receipt and/or commercial invoice;
- Replacement can only take place with another product of the same price or with a higher price product upon payment of the difference;
- The transport of any product return is always charged to the customers.
- Products intended for personal hygiene and care and of the things that have been used, including hearing aids;
- Underwear and or underwear clothing (for example: under-helmets, socks, termal undersuits);
- Consumer products (for example: spray bottles, cleaners)
- Stickers
- The Motostore Gift Card.
- Products purchased as defective
